What we expect from you
As a Beckford Chef de Partie, we encourage you to collaborate with the rest of the team, whilst working closely with the Sous and Head Chef. You will be responsible for your own station, making sure it is prepared and stocked with fresh ingredients for each service. We are looking for a willingness to learn, ability to work well under pressure with optimism for raw produce and be keen to share your own creative ideas.

Can you have too much passion for great food? Richie keeps exceeding what is normal. Beavering away in the kitchen at all hours - but happy to chat outside about all things food, just don't get him started about his biltong recipe.
