What we expect from you
As a Lord Poulett Arms Chef de Partie, we encourage you to collaborate with the rest of the team, whilst working closely with Phil, the Head Chef. You will be responsible for your own station, making sure it is prepared and stocked with fresh ingredients for each service. We are looking for a willingness to learn, ability to work well under pressure with optimism for raw produce and be keen to share your own creative ideas.
