What we expect from you
You will be a Senior Sous or established Head Chef looking to carve out an exceptional reputation and grow within a successful, friendly & independent hospitality group. You will be excited to develop an outstanding, seasonal menu in partnership with local suppliers and to work with the freshest local produce. You will want to become part of the local community and our growing portfolio of pubs, inns and restaurants.
