Developing our team is important to us. We offer developed, interesting and wide-ranging training for every job role which includes focused wine tasting (utilising our sommeliers in our wine shops), cocktail masterclasses, tailored tea and coffee training, grill workshops as well as C.O.S.S.H and food hygiene at all levels.

A crisp uniform is supplied to the kitchen and front of house staff to ensure you are looking your best and equipped for the day ahead.

DISCOUNTED BRAMLEY

The Bramley range was created to enhance a guest stay at our first pub, The Beckford Arms. Since then, Bramley has grown enormously and is now found in John Lewis and Fortnum and Mason. You will be able to claim a fantastic 50% off Bramley.
