As a Chef de Partie in our brigade you will be responsible for the day to day running of a section. Working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef this is an opportunity to work with great produce from local suppliers - meat and game from local farms and fresh leaves picked from our own kitchen garden. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their Chef career, with good training and opportunities across our pubs.
